Crumbs from the table

It looks like Education secretary, Michael Gove, is trying to appease the wave of criticism he is receiving from scrapping the Building Schools for the Future scheme. He recently said that he would still be renovating the most needy and dilapidated schools and stated  ‘We will get the money, if possible, as quickly as possible, to those schools most in need.’

Sounds like he’s just trying to buy people off with a glimmer of hope to some schools. This is not good enough. His government has failed to tackle banks and big business and get them to repair the financial damage they have caused.
